The seller lists nine ingredients and calls them a "proprietary blend." On the page we checked, no per-ingredient amounts, strain designations or CFU counts were shown. That limits how far any ingredient research can be applied to FemiCore.
The bottle label reads "Clinically researched ingredients," lists three focus areas (healthy urinary system, bladder control support, microbiome balance) and shows 30 capsules per bottle. "Clinically researched" is a marketing phrase: it does not tell us that the finished formula, at its actual doses, was tested.
The Nine Listed Ingredients
- Mimosa Pudica
- Bearberry
- Cranberry Extract
- Granular Berberine
- Lactobacillus crispatus, acidophilus, plantarum, "gaseri" and "cassei"
The last two are the seller's spellings; the species are normally written gasseri and casei. The seller also describes the blend as "exotic herbs," although five of the nine items are probiotic bacteria.

|---|---|---|
| Mimosa Pudica | Traditional herb; we located little human research on bladder control. | Not established |
| Bearberry | Traditionally used for lower urinary tract complaints; hydroquinone safety questions. | Not established; safety flags |
| Cranberry Extract | Studied mainly for recurrent UTI prevention; NCCIH calls findings inconsistent. | Different endpoint |
| Granular Berberine | Plant alkaloid studied mostly for metabolic outcomes, not bladder control. | Not established; interaction flags |
| 5 Lactobacillus strains | Probiotic effects depend on strain, dose and condition. | Unknown without strain IDs and CFU |

A study of cranberry juice says little about a capsule blend containing an unknown cranberry amount alongside eight other ingredients. See our guide on ingredient evidence vs product evidence.
Blend Totals Reported by Reviewers
Independent reviewers report that the Supplement Facts panel lists a 350 mg botanical blend and a 50 mg probiotic blend per capsule. We have not seen the panel, and the seller page we checked did not show it, so verify on the bottle. If correct, per-ingredient doses and probiotic CFU remain unknown.
What We Need Before Calling a Formula Verified
- A full Supplement Facts panel from the current physical label
- Amount per serving for each ingredient, or disclosure of blend totals
- Probiotic strain designations and CFU at end of shelf life
- Servings per container and suggested use
